In accordance with the authorization granted by David Eber, Esq., on April 16, 2003, and the fax received on that date, a copy of which is attached, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below. The recitation of applicant’s services is amended to read as follows:
Conducting workshops, conferences and seminars in the field of assessment; preparing, administering and scoring standardized tests; providing a website on the global computer network featuring educational content for use by individuals interested in certification and training in the fields of health services, information technology, and human resources; and providing a website on the global computer network featuring educational material, namely, materials used for education and training of employees and members of regulatory agencies, health services organizations, professional associations, and information technology providers; testing, assessment, certification and licensing services, namely developing, administering, analyzing, and scoring certification, vocational, and professional assessments; managing, processing, auditing and reporting course credit information and certification credentials of others; training others in the field of educational, professional occupational and vocational testing, assessment and certification; consulting in the fields of educational, professional, occupational and vocational testing; providing information about educational assessment programs of others
