In accordance with the authorization granted by Stephen Jeffries on February 13, 2003, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below.  Please note that if the identification of goods or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. 2.71(a); TMEP section 1402.07(e).  No response is necessary unless there is an objection to the amendment.  If there is an objection to the amendment, the applicant should notify the examining attorney immediately.

The identification of goods has been amended to:

 

Briefcases; backpacks; fanny packs; handbags; luggage; duffel bags; all purpose sport bags; garment bags for travel; tote bags; messenger bags; utility cases, namely, all purpose rigid plastic carrying cases sold empty; briefcase type portfolios; belt bags; cosmetic bags sold empty; business card cases; wallets; coin purses; umbrellas; luggage tags; leather key chains and key tags; shaving kit bags sold empty; toiletry kit bags sold empty; pet leashes; pet collars; backpacks in the nature of child carriers and accessories therefor, namely, bags, attachable sun shades and attachable rain shades, all sold separately or as a unit; wheeled backpacks in the nature of child carriers; and waterproof bags for use in holding documents and personal possessions when engaged in outdoor activities; hiking poles, in International Class 18.
