This letter responds to the applicant's communication filed on August 7, 2003.
In accordance with the authorization granted by Simor Moskowitz on September 22, 2003, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below. No response is necessary unless there is an objection to the amendment. If there is an objection to the amendment, the applicant should notify the examining attorney immediately.
The applicant abandons all reference to International Classes 004 and 008. The application will proceed in International Classes 020, 021, and 028.
