The above-referenced applications were published in the Official Gazette on
March 11, 2003. We note that the services in Class 36 of both applications
should read as follows:
Charitable fund raising, philanthropic services related to monetary
donations, administration of fund-raising programs for others, consulting
for non-profit organizations related to financial and fund-raising
activities, financial management and planning services, financial analysis
and consultation services, financing services for businesses and non-profit
organizations, and capital investment consultation.
The words in bold were not listed in the applications filed June 21, 2002,
but were included on the drawing pages submitted with same. Per TMEP
807.05, we request that "and non-profit organizations" as written above be
included with the services listed in Class 36 for Application Nos.
76/425,158 and 76/425,159.
