With respect to Trademark S/N 76417414, owner/assignee recorded an assignment transferring ownership from Shelter Development AS of Norway to Mobile Shelter Systems, Inc. of Texas, USA.  The assignment was executed on January 14, 2011.  The assignment was recorded with the USPTO on February 1, 2011.  I have attached the assignment and the assignment confirmation receipt herewith.  This should resolve all the issues that the examiner brought up in her Office Action dated January 7, 2011.
