The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 2837013 RIO ICE(Standard Characters) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING

APPLICATION FOR CORRECTION OF
REGISTRANT’S MISTAKE IN REGISTRATION

Registrant, through the undersigned, hereby applies for correction of U.S. Trade Mark Registration No. 2,837,013, pursuant to Section 7(h) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §1057(h), and requests that the Commissioner issue a Certificate of Correction or a new Certificate of Registration.

The following mistake is contained in Registration No. 2,837,013: the Registrant’s legal name is incorrect, i.e., the Registrant is shown in the Registration as being Brands Management, LLC.  However, according to the records of the Florida Secretary of State, the correct name should be Brand Management, LLC, a limited liability company of the State of Florida.  There is no “s” in the legal entity name.

This mistake occurred in good faith due to an inadvertent error by the Registrant at time of filing of the application.  The Registrant failed to recognize any legal significance due to the error when reviewing and executing the application. Only recently, however, did Registrant and its attorney recognize that the Registration sets forth the business name incorrectly.

Registrant submits that the above correction does not constitute a material alteration of the mark. Accordingly, Registrant respectfully requests correction of U.S. Registration No. 2,837,013.

Payment in the amount of $100.00 for the required fee for this correction is being submitted herewith via Deposit Account No. 501196 of the undersigned attorney.
