Dear Examining Attorney Curtis French, TM Law Office 115:
I am attempting to determine the current status of the above mentioned trademark application 76/409,164 for bob instruments. A query of the TARR system notes that "an office action suspending further
action on the application has been mailed (by email). A check of all of my emails for the period of May 6, 2003 and thereafter does not indicate that I have ever received such an email. Consequently,
I am concerned about the status of this case, and must know immediately what I need to do to ensure that the application proceeds towards registration. I now have an appropriate specimen to support
use of the mark on the goods for the registration of this mark on the basis of intention to use. Please advise what I need to do in order to resolve the current status of the application, most
importantly noting that I have not received a letter of suspension that was supposed to have been mailed with an Examiner's Amendment by email on 5/6/2003.
I look forward to your response as soon as possible so that I may resolve this issue.
