With respect to the subject application, I have conferred with Colin Stott, President of LABSTAT INTERNTIONAL, INC. and he concurs with my view that there would be little, if any, confusion by IMV using the LABSTAT mark. Mr. Stott said he would not object to our use of the name and is willing to execute a consent to this effect. I will prepare a consent and, if you agree, run it by you first, and then send it to Mr. Stott. Kindly advise if this is satisfactory.
