In response to the Office Action of January 8, 2003 in this case, the Applicant elects to amend the application by deleting the existing description of goods and
inserting instead: Barbeque Grills in Class 11. If the Applicant elects to seek registration for related vehicular accessories apart from the grills themselves, the Applicant will do so
via a separate registration application. Accordingly, this application will proceed with only a single class of goods and no additional fee is due. Since no other issues were presented by
the Office Action, passage of this case to publication is now respectfully requested.
