AMENDMENT(S) AUTHORIZED:  As authorized by TMEP section 707.02 and as required by the Office of the Commissioner, the application is amended as noted below.  If applicant disagrees with or objects to any of the amendments below, please notify the undersigned trademark examining attorney immediately.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.

 

-  CLASSIFICATION OF SERVICES – Classes 35, 36 & 44:

 

The application is amended to re-classify the below highlighted services from Class 44 to Classes 35 & 36 as follows:

 

-         Employment recruitment services, providing information about potential job candidates to prospective employers, providing information about employers to job seekers, and providing market research services for corporate marketing and sales support; Providing professional career management and career consultation services via online global computer networks and providing an online computer database for job matching for employers and individuals for use by former clients; Health care cost review and data processing services for health care and health claims and insurance information and information for controlling medical costs, measuring health care markets and research purposes; providing online employment services, namely, databases featuring information enabling the selection, education, assessment and performance management of corporate and government employees pertaining to a wide variety of topics via a global computer network; computer services, namely, providing a database featuring business news and information, business corporate filings, and business reports for legal research;  licensing of computer software and customized databases, tables and data summaries for the processing of health care and health claims information and information for controlling medical costs, measuring health care markets and health care research purposes; provide customized statistical reports concerning demographic data, in International Class 35;

 

-         Provision of information on the topics of accounting and auditing, financial advisory services, tax planning and compliance; providing research guidance on the topics of accounting and auditing, financial advisory services, tax planning and compliance; A house mark for providing a full range of financial services, namely, information, analysis and reports on municipal markets and treasury cash, mergers and acquisitions, ownership of corporations, information regarding corporate and financial executives, post trade operations in the global securities markets; provide customized statistical reports concerning financial data, in International Class 36;  and

 

-         Providing medical and clinical health care information via the Internet; and providing health care information; health care consulting services that provide customized statistical reports concerning patient, provider, clinical and health claims, in International Class 44.

 

Please note, all other goods/services classes remain acceptable as filed/amended.
