In accordance with the authorization granted by the above applicant or attorney on May 28 2004, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below. Please note that if the identification of goods or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. 2.71(a); TMEP section 1402.07(e). I. RECITATION OF SERVICES – Class 36:
The recitation of services in Class 36 is amended to read as follows:
- Provision of information on the topics of accounting and auditing, financial advisory services, tax planning and compliance; providing research guidance on the topics of accounting and auditing, financial advisory services, tax planning and compliance; A house mark for providing a full range of financial services, namely, information, analysis and reports on municipal markets and treasury cash, mergers and acquisitions, ownership of corporations, information regarding corporate and financial executives, post trade operations in the global securities markets, in International Class 36.
