This letter is in response to the applicant’s Supplemental Response of April 15, 2003. The applicant submitted arguments for acquired distinctiveness of the mark under Section 2(f). The examining attorney in the Office Action of April 2, 2003 has accepted that the mark has acquired distinctiveness under section 2(f).

However, in that same Office Action of April 2, 2003, the examining attorney made final the requirement for an amended description of the mark. The applicant did not submit an amended description of the mark. The requirement that applicant submit an amended description of the mark is maintained and continued.

Please note that the applicant must respond within six months of the mailing date of the Office Action of April 2, 2003.
