Applicant has not complied with the previous examining attorney’s requirement for a claim of ownership of its prior registrations. If the applicant is the owner of Registration Nos. 2034738, 2037470, 2031397 and 2020130, the applicant must submit a claim of ownership. 37 C.F.R. Section 2.36; TMEP section 812.

Applicant has also indicated its name change to Bentley Motors Limited. The office records shows no assignment on file. If applicant desires to amend the name of the applicant, applicant must submit a proper assignment.
