Services: The Examining Attorney has requested a revision to the recitation of services in the application to clarify the nature of the services. In keeping with this request, Applicant requests that
the recitation of services originally submitted with the application be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: "mail order catalog and electronic catalog services featuring
pharmaceuticals and medical, dental and surgical supplies in International Class 35." 2) Disclaimer: The Examining Attorney has requested that Applicant disclaim the word "Medical". In keeping with
this request, Applicant authorizes the Examining Attorney to add the following disclaimer to the application: "No claim is made to the exclusive right to use the term "Medical" apart from the mark as
shown". 3) New Drawing: Applicant has attached a jpg file containing a new drawing page which depicts the mark without a TM marking. ------------------ In light of this response, Applicant submits
that its mark is entitled to registration on the Principal Register and respectfully requests that the Examining Attorney approve the Applicant's mark for publication. Applicant believes that no fee
