This paper is responsive to the Office Action dated August 16, 2002,
received in connection with the above-referenced application. The Office
Action has been reviewed in depth, and this response is intended to put the
application into condition for publication.
I.
RECITATION OF SERVICES
Exult, Inc. (the "Applicant") respectfully requests that the description of
services be amended to read in its entirety as follows:
Serving as a human resources department for others; business consulting
services relating to management, administration, and human resources; and
data processing, in International Class 35.
Computer services, namely, providing a web site which allows clients and
employees to perform human resource-related tasks on-line, in International
Class 42.
II.
MULTIPLE CLASS APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
The Applicant does not desire to amend the recitation of services to include
International Class 36. Therefore, no additional fee is necessary as the
original application included International Classes 35 and 42.
III.
CONCLUSION
The Applicant believes that the application is now in condition for
publication. Action towards that end is respectfully requested and
earnestly solicited.
