“Tool bags and wraps for carry tools, both sold empty” was improperly classified by the examining attorney. The proper classification is Class 18.
Class 20 will be deleted and the foregoing language will be properly classified in Class 18. A credit of $325 will be deposited in applicant’s Account No. 08-3038 for the overpayment.
