To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 2663120 OLD SALT(Standard Characters) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING

Registrant requests correction to the listing of goods of this registration.

When Registrant filed the Sections 8 & 15 Declaration on December 3, 2008, it was requested that the following goods be deleted from the registration:  "chowder, breaded formed shrimp and crab cutlets."  It was stated on the first page of the Sections 8 & 15 Declaration that the owner "is using the mark in commerce in connection with the goods identified below:

Canned clams, clam juice, frozen breaded clam strips, chopped clams, stuffed clams, breaded soft shell clams, crab cakes, and breaded calamari rings in Class 29."

It has recently come to Registrant's attention that errors were made by the USPTO when deleting goods from the registration.  "Crab cakes" were mistakenly deleted.  Also, "chowders" appeared twice in the original listing of goods of the registration.  When the Sections 8 & 15 Declaration was processed by the USPTO, the second instance of "chowders" was deleted, but the first instance of "chowders" was not deleted. 

It is requested that "crab cakes" be restored to the listing of goods.  It is also requested that the remaining instance of "chowders" be deleted from the listing.  The correct listing of goods should read:  "Seafood, namely, canned clams, clam juice, frozen breaded clam strips, chopped clams, stuffed clams, breaded soft shell clams, crab cakes, and breaded calamari rings."

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Registrant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:
Current: Class 029 for seafood, namely, canned clams, clam juice and chowders, frozen breaded clam strips, chopped clams, stuffed clams, breaded soft shell clams, [ chowders, breaded formed shrimp, crab cakes, crab cutlets, ] and breaded calamari rings
