This letter responds to the applicant’s communication filed on June 2, 2003 and applicant’s amendment to allege use filed on May 19, 2003.
The examining attorney refuses registration on the Supplemental Register because the proposed mark is incapable of identifying the applicant’s services and distinguishing them from those of others.
