In accordance with the authorization granted by David Adams on March 12, 2003, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below. Please note that if the identification of goods or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. 2.71(a); TMEP section 1402.07(e). No response is necessary unless there is an objection to the amendment. If there is an objection to the amendment, the applicant should notify the examining attorney immediately.
Amend Class 40 to: manufacturing services to the order and specifications of others of the in-vitro diagnostic, biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and genomic industries, namely, the manufacturing of quality control products such as panels and medical devices such as controls, standard and calibrators.
Amend Class 42 to: Clinical trial management services and biological specimen collection services for the in-vitro diagnostic, biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and genomic industries; Clinical trial management services including the design of clinical trials, the collection, handling, and storage of human biological specimens, the collection, discovery, analysis and presentation of clinical trial data for use in medical research, in-vitro diagnostic product development and pharmaceutical product development; Clinical trial management services including assistance with regulatory submissions, laboratory testing services and logistics management; Biological specimen collection services including the prospective collection of biological specimens, the design of collection protocols, the submission of regulatory filings, the transport of biological specimens, the collection of characterization data related to biological specimens and the accumulation of a database of characterization data related to biological specimens.
