The specimen is acceptable for the services in class 42. However, the refusal of the specimen for classes 35 and 37 is maintained and continued.

TRANSLATION OF SPECIMEN

Applicant must submit an English translation of all the non-English wording on the specimen. 37 C.F.R. §2.61(b); TMEP §904.10.
