RESPONSE TO POST REGISTRATION OFFICE ACTION

This correspondence is in response to the Post Registration Office Action mailed on December 20, 2010.  The Office Action requests a specimen showing use of the mark REGISTERED E-MAIL, in support of the Section 8 Affidavit submitted on November 30, 2010, as well as a signed Declaration Under 37 C.F.R. § 2.20 that the specimen was in use in commerce during the period prior to filing the Section 8 Affidavit.  Registrant hereby submits the Declaration Under 37 C.F.R. § 2.20 and a substitute specimen, consisting of a printout from Registrant's website, showing use of the mark in commerce.  Registrant further submits that the mark has been in continuous use since registration, and that the substitute specimen submitted herein was in actual use in commerce at least as early as the filing date of the Section 8 Affidavit.
