EXPLANATION OF FILING
A change in ownership has arisen for the subject mark, as filed with the Assignment Division on October 19, 2016 and recorded at Reel 5909, Frame 0371 (4 pages). The mark was transferred from APEX MEDICAL CORPORATION to COMPASS HEALTH BRANDS CORP. Compass Health Brands Corp. is presently listed as the owner of the mark on the USPTO database. However, Registrant does not have a Registration Certificate naming it as the owner of the mark. Thus, Registrant requests the issuance of a new registration certificate in the name of Compass Health Brands Corp., 6753 ENGLE ROAD MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OHIO 44130, Delaware Corporation.
