In response to your Notice of Suspension dated February 4, 2003, please
amend this application by changing the name of the mark to "MICHAEL
SCHUMACHER". In other words, please delete the "FORMULA 1 CAR USA" part
of the mark originally filed.

This eliminates the need for the suspension because of the various
FORMULA 1 applications cited by the Examiner. Accordingly, it is
requested that the suspension be lifted and normal prosecution resumed.
