The Request for Extension of Time to File a Statement of Use, received on July 12, 2005, was filed by Busz, Pszczola, Starko Spolka Jawna not Przedsiebiorstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowe,,BIS" Spolka Cywilna - Pawel Busz, Janusz Starko, Slawomir Pszczola, the applicant of record. The current owner of the mark must file the extension request. Ownership of the application by Busz, Pszczola, Starko Spolka Jawna must be established by submitting to the Office documentary evidence of a chain of title or by specifying where such evidence is recorded in the Office. 37 C.F.R. §3.73(b); TMEP §1108.02(a). Therefore, you must do one of the following:

(1) submit documentary evidence of a chain of title from the original owner to the party that filed the extension request (e.g., a copy of a document transferring ownership or an explanation, supported by a notarized affidavit or a declaration under 37 C.F.R. §2.20, that a valid transfer of legal title has occurred); or

(2) specify the reel and frame numbers at which the relevant documents are recorded in the Assignment Division of the Patent and Trademark Office.

Applicant has 30 days from the mailing date of this letter, or until the expiration of the current extension period, whichever is longer, to respond to this letter to avoid abandonment of this application.
