Dear Ms. Bell and Ms. Wong:
I am writing with regard to our application for the mark "ZENON" (Serial No. 76/351,524).
Pursuant to a voice-mail message received from Ms. Bell on May 12, 2003, our revised amended
Identification of Goods for this mark was approved on May 12. Pursuant to Ms. Bell's request, I called
Ms. Wong on at the TTAB on May 15 and left her a voice-mail requesting that the file for this application
be forwarded to Ms. Bell for processing.
Our company attorney, Ms. Allegra Helfenstein, called Ms. Bell yesterday (June 10) to inquire as to the
current status of the mark, as we have not yet received a Notice of Allowance. I received a call back
from Ms. Bell this morning to let us know that the file is still with the TTAB so she was unaware of its
status.
Ms. Wong, could you please forward the file to Ms. Bell?
In addition to this e-mail, I also left Ms. Wong a voice-mail today requesting that the file be forwarded
to Ms. Bell.
