Registrant requests an amendment to the mark shown in the registration. The proposed amendment calls for the deletion of parentheticals around the words TOP and ON. The mark, as amended, retains the essence of the original mark and creates the impression of being essentially the same mark. The overall commercial impression of the mark remains the same, and consumers will be able to recognize the continuity in the mark in its entirety. Therefore, Registrant believes that the proposed amendment does not constitute a material alteration. Registrant is filing concurrently herewith the Declaration of Use required to maintain the subject registration and requests that this Request for Amendment be examined with the Declaration of Use.
