In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Regarding Registration Nos. 2,678,712 and 2,992,731, Applicant’s mark “STUFF AT THE PALMS” refers to goods sold at the Palms Casino Resort.  The Palms Resort is the subject of the marks cited by the Examiner.  Thus, no likelihood of confusion should result.  If the Examiner has any concerns regarding this issue, undersigned respectfully requests a telephone interview to handle the matter expeditiously.

Classification and Listing of Goods/Services

Applicant hereby amends the following class of goods/services in the application as follows:
