The Office has reassigned this application to the undersigned examining attorney.

This letter responds to the applicant's communication filed on June 26, 2002. The examining attorney withdraws the requirement for specimens. The examining attorney maintains the Section 2(a) refusal and the Section 2(d) refusal.
