("Applicant") to register the mark COMAGINE (Stylized) in Class 9. The Examining Attorney has requested that Applicant clarify certain portions of its identification of goods. Applicant further notes that the language "re-charging stands" is intended to replace (clarify) the second occurrence of the phrase "...and related accessories." CONCLUSION The foregoing response complies with the requirements of Office Action No. 2. Applicant believes the Application is now in proper form and requests passage of the Mark for publication on the Principal Register.
