Response to Office Action for Post-Registration Matters

This communication responds to the Office Action mailed October 15, 2009 concerning the above-referenced application. 

 

In accordance with the Trademark Specialist's request, attached is an executed Declaration of Use of a Mark in Commerce Under Section 8 of the Trademark Act attesting to and clarifying the goods in the registration.  This statement is duly executed by Dr. Andreas Grauel.  Also attached are the required government fees for this response.

 

In light of Applicant's submission of a duly executed Declaration of Use of a Mark in Commerce Under Section 8 of the Trademark Act attesting to and clarifying the goods in the registration, it is respectfully submitted that the registration be maintained and early notice of the same is requested.  However, if the Trademark Specialist has any questions, she is invited to contact the undersigned.
