ADVISORY – AMENDMENTS TO GOODS/SERVICES:  If the identification of goods and/or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a) and TMEP §1402.07(e).

 

AMENDMENT(S) AUTHORIZED:  As authorized by Charles Crehore on January 9, 2006, the application is amended as noted below.  If applicant disagrees with or objects to any of the amendments below, please notify the undersigned trademark examining attorney immediately.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.

Instructional materials, namely, handbooks, workbooks, and training manuals in the field of business, education, personal affairs and creative process management, in class 16;

 

CLASSES 18 and 21 REMAIN AS WRITTEN and are not changed.

 

Golf shirts, knit shirts, polo shirts, sweat shirts, and T shirts, in class 25.

           Leasing of computer facilities for others containing computer equipment and also featuring computer consulting services to integrate technology into the process of strategic business planning, market insight, and new product development, and to facilitate brainstorming sessions among managers and their customers; architectural design of physical meeting facilities; providing an online computer database with multiple categories of information for use in the field of new product development, available to service subscribers, in class 42.
