In accordance with the authorization granted by Lisa Iverson on January 3, 2003, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below.  Please note that if the identification of goods or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. 2.71(a); TMEP section 1402.07(e).  No response is necessary unless there is an objection to the amendment.  If there is an objection to the amendment, the applicant should notify the examining attorney immediately.

The identifications of goods are amended to read as follows: 

Dietetic products for medical purposes, namely, dietetic food for babies and dietetic infant feed milk; baby food, in International Class 5.

Meat; fish, namely, pickled fish, poultry, game, eggs; meat products, namely, hamburgers, meat-based spreads, hot dogs; jams; jellies; milk products, namely powdered milk and lacto-protein for alimentary purposes; soup; edible oils and fats; all of the above-mentioned goods are also available as deep frozen; bee products, namely, processed bee pollen for food purposes; ready-to-serve meals and semi-finished meals, namely, jarred meals consisting primarily of meat, game, fish, poultry, vegetables, eggs, milk products, soybeans or potatoes, in International Class 29.

Tea, tea drinks, namely, herbal tea for food purposes and iced tea, cocoa in liquid and powdery form; sugar; glucose for food; rice; tapioca; sago; flour; processed semolina; cereal flakes, namely, corn flakes; processed linseed; cereal preparations, except foodstuffs for animals, namely, breakfast cereals; cereal based snack food; bread; biscuits; cakes; fine pastries; durable bakery products, namely crackers; snack products, namely, cereal based snack food; pasta; chocolate; sweets, namely candies; ready-to-serve meals and semi-finished meals, namely, jarred meals consisting primarily of pasta, especially salads, namely, pasta salad or rice, or cereal products; sweet dishes and desserts, namely, bakery desserts; dessert soufflés; flavored sweetened gelatin desserts, substantially consisting of milk, fruits, sugar, cocoa, chocolate and starch; muesli and bars, namely, ready-to-eat, cereal derived food bars, substantially consisting of cereals, fruits, nuts and sugar; ready-to-eat cereal food; instant and semi-finished food consisting of bran, namely, breads and pastries; all of the above-mentioned goods are also available as frozen, in International Class 30.

Non-alcoholic beverages, namely, fruit and vegetable juices, nectars, fruit drinks; fruit syrups and other fruit preparations for the preparation of nonalcoholic beverages, namely, fruit juices; powders and granulated preparations for human consumption, namely, for the manufacture of non-alcoholic beverages, namely fruit juices; all the above mentioned goods are also available as frozen, in International Class 32.
