Response to Office Action for Post-Registration Matters

To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

The following is submitted for registration number. 2578170 :

FORM INFORMATION

In a Post Registration Office emailed on June 8, 2012, the Post Registration Specialist refused acceptance of Registrant's Section 7 Amendment requesting that the owner submit a statement that "the mark is presented in standard characters without claim to any particular font, stly, size or color." 

In response, Registrant cannot submit such a statement as Registrant's mark was originally registered in a stylized font.  Registrant's Section 7 Amendment filed on May 23, 2012, did not request a change in font.  Registrant merely requested that the PTO remove the underline from Registrant's mark.  The stylization of Registrant's mark is otherwise unchanged.  If the Post Registration Specialist has any further questions or comments, Registrant's attorney respectfully requests that the Post Registration Specialist telephone him.
