Hello, I am trying to reach an Examining Attorney this afternoon. I have a deadline of November 6, 2002 to provide an acceptable ID of goods, or file an appeal to the TTAB. The only
issue is providing a more specific definition of "computer games," which the applicant is prepared to do. Tina Snapp is the Examining Attorney on this matter - I left her a voicemail message this
morning but have not heard from her. The telephone number she provided in her 5/6/02 office action is incorrect. I called her and left a message at the number provided on the PTO's website over four
hours ago, but have not heard from her. How can I reach her today? Failing that, can someone please get back to me so we can work out an acceptable identification and avoid having to appeal? Thank
