Bermuda Corporation, due to these filings. In response to the office action issued on June 16, 2015, the registrant respectfully submits the following statement into the record, “The substitute
specimen was in use in commerce during the relevant period for filing the 10-year Section 8.” Although not required, the registrant would like to submit an additional specimen, which consists of
a user manual showing the mark, PISC, in connection with the claimed goods starting on Page 17. |
