This letter responds to the applicant's communication filed on November 5, 2002 in conjunction with the Request for Reinstatement. Registration was refused on the grounds that the mark was merely descriptive of the goods. That refusal is Continued for the reason state below.

Particular Information Required

The nature of the goods on which the applicant uses the mark is not clear from the present record. The applicant must submit samples of advertisements or promotional materials. If such materials are not available, the applicant must submit a photograph of the goods and describe their nature, purpose and channels of trade. 37 C.F.R. Section 2.61(b); TMEP sections 1103.04 and 1105.02
