EXPLANATION OF FILING
The owner requests correction of its corporate entity information to be amended from a German corporation to a German GmbH. At the time of the filings, the owner was a German GmbH and describing the Registrant as a corporation was simply a clerical error in identifying the applicant. This type of error can be corrected pursuant to a Section 7(e) amendment. TMEP Secs. 1201.02(c); 1609.10(b).
