In accordance with the authorization granted by Cynthia Clarke Weber on September 30, 2003, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below. Please note that if the identification of goods or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. 2.71(a); TMEP section 1402.07(e). No response is necessary unless there is an objection to the amendment. If there is an objection to the amendment, the applicant should notify the examining attorney immediately.
Amend the recitation of services by deleting the following from Class 42:
provision of information relating to medicine and science, provided on-line from a computer database or the Internet; providing on-line electronic publications in the nature of books, printed forms, printed survey sheets, archival storage pages, booklets, news and information bulletins and reports, document files, columns, manuals, newsletters, research papers, printed teaching materials and fact sheets in the field of scientific and medical research, genomic, proteomic, pharmacological and clinical data, biological data and structures, biopharmaceuticals, drug delivery and drug development processes, chemical and chemical structures, biochemical and biochemical structures, pharmaceuticals, reagents and medical and scientific apparatus;
Amend the recitation of services by changing Class 41 as follows”
Change “providing on-line non-downloadable electronic publications” to “providing on-line electronic publications in the nature of books, printed forms, printed survey sheets, archival storage pages, booklets, news and information bulletins and reports, document files, columns, manuals, newsletters, research papers, printed teaching materials and fact sheets in the field of scientific and medical research, genomic, proteomic, pharmacological and clinical data, biological data and structures, biopharmaceuticals, drug delivery and drug development processes, chemical and chemical structures, biochemical and biochemical structures, pharmaceuticals, reagents and medical and scientific apparatus”.
