To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 2561617 CLEANANCE(Standard Characters) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING

 

This request is for an amendment to the identification of goods associated with International Class 3 and International Class 5.  The combined Section 8 and 9 file on 21 December 2011 inadvertently did not withdraw the good "toilet soaps" and "emulsions". 

 

In addition, the instant request is for the correction of punctuation errors which were correctly submitted with the combined Section 8 and 9.

Specifically, for International Class 003, this filing does NOT cover the following goods or services for this specific class listed in the registration, and these goods or services are to be permanently deleted from the registration:  “toilet soaps,” and “, and emulsions”.  In addition, the identification of goods has two (2) commas after skin creams, one of which should have been deleted.

The goods or services for International Class 003 should read:  Cosmetics and cleaning preparations, namely, skin creams, gels, lotions.

For International Class 005, this filing does NOT cover the following goods or services for this specific class listed in the registration, and these goods or services are to be permanently deleted from the registration:  “emulsions,” and “emulsions,”.  In addition, the identification of goods has two (2) commas after medicated creams, one of which should have been deleted.  Also, a semicolon should have been included after lotions and before dermo-cosmetic preparations.

The goods or services for International Class 005 should read:  Pharmaceutical preparations for use in dermatology in the form of creams, gels, lotions; dermo-cosmetic preparations for the skin namely, medicated creams, lotions, gels.
