| This is in response to the May 7, 2003 Office Action. Applicant hereby amends the mark from DIRECTHELP (one word) to DIRECT HELP (two words). In accordance with 37 C.F.R. Section 2.72 (b), Applicant respectfully submits that: (1) this proposed amendment does not materially alter the mark; and (2) the specimens filed with the Statement of Use support this proposed amendment. Applicant submits a new drawing of the mark that agrees with the use specimens previously filed. The Examining Attorney also requested a disclaimer of HELP if Applicant amended the the mark to two words. Accordingly, Applicant submitted a disclaimer of the word HELP.
