This is a request for a correction to the registration certificate. The registration was filed on behalf of Lafarge North America Inc., a Virginia corporation.  Lafarge is actually a Maryland corporation with offices in Virginia.  The person who filed the registration entered Virginia instead of Maryland as the state of incorporation.  Please correct the records to show that Lafarge North America Inc. is a Maryland Corporation.
