FORM INFORMATION

Applicant herein submits that the issue of break in the chain of title for this application has been resolved.  Although an accurate assignment was originally filed on August 11, 2010, it was filed with a datasheet that contained a typographical error.  That datasheet identified ADS Logistics, Inc. as the assignor when in fact ADS Logistics, LLC was the assignor.  On February 12, 2012, Applicant refiled the assignment with a corrected datasheet.  That corrective assignment is recorded at Reel 4716, and Frame 0862.  A copy of this corrective assignment is attached for the Examining Attorney’s convenience.
