Serial Number 76/176956 EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT
The Office has reassigned this application to the undersigned-examining attorney. The assigned examining attorney has reviewed the statement of use filed on May 7, 2003 and has determined the following.
In accordance with the authorization granted by Michael Fishman on June 26, 2003, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below. No response is necessary unless there is an objection to the amendment. If there is an objection to the amendment, the applicant should notify the examining attorney immediately. The examining attorney has searched the Office records and has found no similar registered or pending mark which would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. §1052(d). TMEP §704.02.
The mark is amended to LITELOOKS – that is, one word in all upper case letters.
The disclaimer of LITE is deleted.
