drives and digital video recorders, screens, namely, projection screens and video screens, computer cursor control devices, namely, touch pads, . . . “
All other wordings in International Class 9 was ACCEPTED.
International Class 16 - ACCEPTED.
International Class 25 - ACCEPTED.
International Class 28 - ACCEPTED.
International Class 35 - ACCEPTED.
International Class 36 - ACCEPTED.
International Class 37 - ACCEPTED.
International Class 38 - ACCEPTED.
International Class 39 - ACCEPTED.
International Class 41 - ACCEPTED.
International Class 42 - ACCEPTED.
Conclusion
Based on the foregoing, Applicant requests that the Examiner withdraw the objections and pass the application on to publication.
