To ensure timely submission, you are encouraged to file your Section 8 Affidavit of Use and Section 9 Renewal Application via the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) online at http://www.gov.uspto.report/teas/index.html.

The duplicate Sections 8 & 9 Renewal documentation will remain in the record; i.e., it will not be returned to you and will not be processed or reviewed. See TMEP §1604.04(a). Fees submitted with the duplicate Sections 8 & 9 Renewal will be refunded in due course and cannot be applied to any subsequent submissions.
