The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 2936569 PBS

EXPLANATION OF FILING

Registrant requests correction of the description of goods in the subject registration by insertion of the word “catalogs” in the description.  The Statement of Use submitted on November 4, 2004 included “catalogs” as one of the goods for which the mark was in use.  The registration certificate issued on March 29, 2005 omitted catalogs in addition to other goods which should have been included in the registration.  Registrant submitted, on March 13, 2006, a request for amendment of the registration to include the goods omitted from the original registration.  Registrant’s request for amendment clearly indicated that “catalogs” were in the description of goods identified as in use in the November 4, 2004 Statement of Use.  A corrected registration certificate subsequently issued on December 14, 2006 but that certificate still omitted catalogs.  Accordingly, Registrant requests again correction of the registration to include "catalogs" as clearly indicated in the record. Registrant wishes to retain the word "catalogs" in the description but is deleting the wording "catalogs featuring pre-recorded videocassettes."
