RESPONSE TO POST-REGISTRATION OFFICE

This is in response to the Post Registration Office Action dated December 28, 2013.

 

 

 Ownership Issue

The renewal examiner requested clarification of ownership of the registration.  The Office records show the chain of title to the registration in KBC Advanced Technologies PLC with the less specific entity type United Kingdom Company. The Combined Section 8 Affidavit & Section 9 Renewal Application was filed under the more specific entity type of United Kingdom Private Limited Company.  The entity who filed The Combined Section 8 Affidavit & Section 9 Renewal Application confirms it is the same entity who is the current owner of the registration and there was no change in ownership. 

The owner confirms that the original affidavit was signed by a person properly authorized to sign on behalf of the owner. 

Registrant respectfully submits that it has responded to all issues raised in the Post Registration Office Action.  Accordingly, it is requested that the Section 8 Affidavit be accepted.
