The Registration is registered without claim of color, although it appears in the first specimen image from the Internet advertising website (top half of the webpage) using colors. Both specimen images are from the same website page having the URL address of http://www.aupairinamerica.com/options/educare.asp , and consist of the top half and the bottom half of that page. The bottom line of type in the first specimen image, including the wording INDIANA INDIANAPOLIS AND SUBURBS is the first line of type in the second specimen image.
