In accordance with the authorization granted by Gregory Owen on the date of this correspondence, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below. If the identification of goods/services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. 2.71(a); TMEP §1402.07(e).
The identification of services is amended in accordance with the recommendation made in the most recent suspension action (“The applicant’s fee structure is now acceptable; its identification would be better if, due to intervening change in Office policy, the modifier “for the transfer and dissemination of health and wellness information for general users and individual subscribers” were deleted from the end of Class 38”).
No reply to this correspondence is necessary (unless there is an objection to the amendment). In any event, the recipient should not click “Reply” and thereby “Send” an e-mail to Ecom113@uspto.gov; if there is an objection to the amendment, the applicant should directly notify the examining attorney immediately––preferably via Brendan.Regan@USPTO.gov (otherwise at 571/272-9212).
