Applicant amends its application and responds to the Examiner's office action dated October 9, 2003, as follows:

Amended Description of Services

Pursuant to the Examiner's recommendation and in light of the description for Applicant's goods and services previously accepted and registered by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, Applicant amends its description of services as follows:

International Class 16 - ACCEPTED.

International Class 35 - ACCEPTED.

International Class 36 - Clearing of secure financial transactions through online services, financial and monetary services, namely financial analysis and consultation, financial information, issuance of securities, commercial lending services, financial portfolio management, discount brokerage services, brokerage of shares and business ventures, brokerage of fund shares, securities consulting and safe keeping, brokerage of productive investments and funds; real estate services, namely brokerage, management, leasing of real property, customs brokerage for third parties; consultancy services relating to insurance services, namely providing information on and brokerage of insurances; and monetary exchange.

International Class 38- ACCEPTED.

International Class 41 - ACCEPTED.

International Class 42 - ACCEPTED.

Conclusion

Based on the foregoing, Applicant requests that the Examiner withdraw the objections and pass the application on to publication.

Given the Examiner's final objection and Applicant's willingness to comply in the revisions to the description of goods, Applicant requests the Examiner to call the undersigned attorney if there are further revisions necessary.
